My child has been diagnosed with a mild pneumonia. What I do not like about the receptionist or the doctor's assistant is that they do not know what to answer when you ask them a question. By the way, I went to this new doctor which my co worker referred me...the doctor is good but the receptionist and whoever are there...are not...they do not smile...its like the patients are annoying to them...our first time there...no greeting at all...won't even bother to look at you...nothing...if only they would just put the patient forms outside so the pateints would just be doing self service thing. I do not want to go back there anymore but the doctor is good...does the doctor knows his people treats the one giving them work and money for them to live were not treated nicely? It goes with the looks anyways...that's how I just reasoned it out...the looks justifies the attitudes...bad looks...bad attitudes...no customer service...they should not be working in a medical field after all.
I will still go and search for a good doctor with good people around him...bringing in a sick child at a doctor's office with a bad looking personnel aside from the bad attitude doesn't go together...its like you might want to hit someone else's face. If you have been gone in my situation before... you know what I mean.
